About This Role
We invite you to become a Staff Electrical Engineer at Crusoe Energy, where you will convert intricate customer requirements into production-ready electrical designs, schematics, and detailed wiring diagrams for modular integrated electronics buildings and standalone power distribution equipment.
This critical leadership position involves crafting and releasing precise electrical documentation while providing expert technical leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance throughout the product development lifecycle. Your work will be vital in ensuring our designs are functional, reliable, and adhere to all regulatory and commercial codes, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, seasoned engineer with expert-level proficiency in electrical design software (such as AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN), a deep understanding of power distribution and industrial automation, and a proven ability to effectively lead engineering teams in a dynamic manufacturing setting. What You'll Be Working On
Advanced Electrical Design & Leadership
Power & Controls Intensive Projects: Lead the electrical design of modular integrated buildings, low voltage switchboards, medium voltage switchgear, and other essential power distribution equipment.
Documentation & Specifications: Supervise the creation of comprehensive electrical specifications, bills of materials (BOMs), detailed wiring schematics, and other critical manufacturing documents, setting a benchmark for precision.
Resource Management: Manage the allocation of electrical engineering resources across several projects and prioritize them to ensure successful delivery.
Compliance, Quality & Analysis
Code Compliance & Standards: Ensure all designs are compliant with relevant codes and standards, maintaining high quality and safety standards.
