On Running AG is looking for a Lead Technical Representative to guide grassroots education and experiential programs across the Miami region. This position reports to Senior Lead Technical Representatives on the Brand Experience team. The role combines team leadership, project management, and hands-on coaching to ensure On’s brand values shine through every retail and training interaction. The Lead Technical Representative will work closely with a team of Representatives, supporting key wholesale partners and building strong community connections.
What You Will Do
- Lead and grow a regional team of Technical Representatives, handling recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development to drive strong performance.
- Coach team members to deepen their technical expertise, strengthen relationships, and support their career growth within Brand Experience.
- Oversee dealer training events, including Oniversity and Key Account Summits, maintaining consistency and high standards across all regional activities.
- Serve as a strategic contact for national accounts, delivering targeted education and integrated marketing support.
- Use tools like Salesforce, ThirdChannel, and Asana to track team results, spot risks, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, Trade, and Operations teams to align grassroots initiatives with larger seasonal and commercial goals.
- Develop new ways to engage retailers and consumers, challenging standard technical representative programs to create memorable experiences.
- Manage regional projects and budgets, making the most of resources to boost product trials and community engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 6 years of experience in technical representation, field marketing, retail management, or sales within a premium, performance-focused global brand or retailer.
- Strong history of building and maintaining relationships in the running specialty or outdoor retail sectors, especially across diverse regions.
- Skilled in using CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, Asana, or ThirdChannel to improve workflow and monitor team output.
- Experience with event production and experiential marketing, and able to clearly explain complex human physiology and product technology to varied audiences.
