Role overview
The Learning & Development Experience Designer joins the Learning and Organisational Development team, working closely with the Manager of ANZ Learning. This position develops learning resources to support project outcomes, build workforce capability, and promote safety. The role aims to enhance business efficiency and employee growth while supporting productivity.
Main responsibilities
- Design multimedia learning materials, including e-learning modules, videos, animations, infographics, and interactive content.
- Use instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences that meet set objectives.
- Oversee multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Promote learning and development initiatives across the organization.
- Conduct user testing, collect feedback, and update learning resources based on input.
- Stay informed about trends and technologies in multimedia design and e-learning.
- Support continuous improvement and innovation in learning solutions.
Requirements
Knowledge
- Understanding of modern learning methodologies.
- Strong grasp of instructional design and adult learning theories.
- Awareness of learning systems and their broader ecosystem.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years in corporate training.
- Background in e-learning design.
- Experience with video production.
- Content curation abilities.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience facilitating training sessions.
- Stakeholder management skills.
