About the Role
The Learning & Development Manager will set up and guide a team focused on designing, building, and rolling out learning programs. The position covers everything from strategy and team leadership to program delivery and stakeholder management.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage a team of instructional designers, developers, QA analysts, and implementation specialists.
- Define the L&D strategy and roadmap to match company objectives.
- Oversee the design and delivery of learning solutions from start to finish.
- Scale content production to meet growing learning needs across the organization.
- Set up processes, frameworks, and quality standards for learning development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in various business units.
- Assess program results using learning analytics and key metrics.
- Explore and implement digital, blended, and experiential learning methods.
- Handle budgets, vendor partnerships, and resource planning to support team performance.
- Support the growth of the L&D operating model, including delivery frameworks, governance, and resource planning for enterprise scaling.
