The Learning & Organizational Development Manager will lead the charge in identifying, strategizing, and executing the company's learning and development initiatives. In collaboration with HR and business leaders, the L&OD Manager will utilize data-driven insights to create and implement learning programs that align with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, spearheading Learning & Development initiatives that enhance organizational performance and cultivate an inclusive culture.
Develop and execute a comprehensive development strategy across the organization, conducting regular assessments to ensure alignment with our goals.
Promote a positive workplace culture that encourages inclusivity, continuous improvement, and high performance at every level.
Oversee the design and execution of learning systems that foster employee growth and organizational advancement.
Create and implement effective development programs to equip leaders and employees with the necessary skills for current and future success.
Encourage the adoption of learning platforms and develop self-service tools and resources.
Utilize data and metrics to identify trends, anticipate business needs, and develop actionable learning pathways that support individual and organizational growth.
