The Learning & Organizational Development Manager will lead the charge in identifying, strategizing, and executing the company's learning and development initiatives. In collaboration with HR and business leaders, the L&OD Manager will utilize data-driven insights to create and implement learning programs that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, spearheading Learning & Development initiatives that enhance organizational performance and cultivate an inclusive culture.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive development strategy across the organization, conducting regular assessments to ensure alignment with our goals.

  • Promote a positive workplace culture that encourages inclusivity, continuous improvement, and high performance at every level.

  • Oversee the design and execution of learning systems that foster employee growth and organizational advancement.

  • Create and implement effective development programs to equip leaders and employees with the necessary skills for current and future success.

  • Encourage the adoption of learning platforms and develop self-service tools and resources.

  • Utilize data and metrics to identify trends, anticipate business needs, and develop actionable learning pathways that support individual and organizational growth.
