Qualifications
- Active LCSW license in Washington State
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
- Successful completion of a background check before employment begins
- K–12 school-based experience preferred
- Commitment to culturally responsive care and educational equity
- Fluency in a second language (especially Spanish, Somali, or Arabic) is a plus
Compensation
Annual Salary: $80,000–$96,000
