About the job
At Prosper Health, we are dedicated to enhancing the happiness and well-being of autistic and neurodivergent adults.
With autism diagnoses having risen over fivefold in the past 25 years, the needs of autistic adults have been largely neglected, resulting in adverse outcomes such as high rates of co-occurring mental health issues and reduced life expectancy. Prosper is committed to reversing these trends.
We provide tailored mental health services for autistic adults, covered by insurance. Our efforts have empowered tens of thousands to receive their autism diagnosis for the first time, engage with neurodivergent-affirming therapists, and find a sense of community. Our results significantly exceed those of conventional care, showcasing notable improvements in mood, anxiety levels, and overall quality of life.
Prosper is experiencing rapid growth, tripling our size year over year, achieving mid-double-digit millions in annual revenue, and serving thousands of active clients with over 400 clinicians on our team. We are a mission-driven organization focused on creating innovative solutions for the autistic and neurodivergent community.
