Position Overview

We are excited to welcome a passionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will embody our commitment to providing exceptional patient care and a positive experience. With excellent communication skills, you will thrive in our dynamic, fast-paced environment while upholding our high standards of quality. This is a full-time opportunity based in one of our clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
  • Perform nursing tasks with clinical proficiency as an LVN, such as administering medications, setting up sterile fields, and executing equipment disinfection and sterilization.
  • Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner, adhering to company standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, including physicians, Medical Assistants, and Patient Coordinators, regarding daily clinical and surgical schedules.
  • Document clinical and surgical notes with precision.
  • Provide the highest level of patient care and service consistently.
  • Follow established policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes.
  • Enhance physician patient retention by delivering exceptional patient care and experiences.
  • Assist with various aspects of clinical and surgical environments.
  • Demonstrate tact, maturity, and the ability to collaborate with diverse personalities.
  • Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Clinical Leadership Members.
