Job Summary:
We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to spearhead our consumer retention and engagement initiatives throughout the customer lifecycle. This role transcends traditional email management; it involves constructing a product-integrated lifecycle engine that promotes significant behavioral changes: increased usage, enhanced upgrades, and improved retention.
You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to develop impactful lifecycle touchpoints, precisely address churn, and ensure that our messaging not only lands in inboxes but also drives action.
This is a strategic, hands-on position for an individual who excels at the intersection of marketing and product.
