Engage with inbound inquiries and follow up thoroughly via phone, voicemail, text, and email
Consult with clients to assess their financial situations and suggest the most suitable loan products
Guide clients through the entire origination process with clear communication and consistent follow-through
Maintain precise CRM activity in HubSpot and manage your pipeline diligently
Achieve 5-star reviews as a standard for every closed transaction
Onboarding, Training & Career Development
New Loan Officers will undergo a structured onboarding program during their first month, followed by training at Griffin Funding University (GFU), culminating in a final assessment. A 90-day probationary period includes regular coaching and defined performance expectations.
