Your Role: As our Local Growth & Community Engagement Lead, you will be the essential bridge between our brand and the local community. You will blend event planning, content creation, and relationship management to drive our growth strategy from the ground up!
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate the Anchor Mission: Identify and engage our most respected customers, your local legends! These anchors will host dynamic events, drawing in new prospects and local industry influencers such as renowned chefs and consultants.
Networking Expert: Develop and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including prospects and local organizations, to establish a formidable local network.
Host Innovative Events: Conceptualize, execute, and evaluate the impact of vibrant local gatherings, from casual breakfasts to exclusive evening networking events held at customer venues, fostering a strong community.
Content Creation on the Ground: Eschew the studio for authentic storytelling. Use your mobile device to capture real customer experiences in collaboration with our social media team, producing engaging content for viral distribution and compelling case studies.
Support Sales Initiatives: Ensure that local field sales materials are up-to-date and enriched with the latest insights and narratives derived from your community interactions.
Collaborative Team Player: Partner with various teams including Regional Integrated Marketing Managers, Field Sales, Account Managers, Product Marketing, and Social Media Specialists to amplify your efforts and drive revenue.
Measuring Your Success:
Your role will be measured by the tangible outcomes of your offline initiatives and their correlation to online growth metrics.
Attribution Tracking: You will establish clear pipeline attribution, linking every local event or influencer collaboration to specific sales outcomes.
