Job Summary

KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a dedicated Luxury Travel Consultant to provide exceptional, personalized service to our esteemed clientele. In this role, you will handle intricate travel plans utilizing Amadeus GDS, which includes flight and hotel reservations, ticketing, and meticulous itinerary management. The position may involve a dynamic schedule aligned with UK time, necessitating weekend and holiday availability to ensure continuous support for clients on the go.

Key Responsibilities

Travel Booking & Research

  • Curate and recommend tailored itineraries comprising flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.

  • Utilize Amadeus GDS for booking flights and hotels, managing queues, issuing tickets, and processing re-issues.

  • Ensure bookings are precise, budget-friendly, and aligned with client preferences.

Client Communication & Service

  • Engage with clients professionally through WhatsApp, email, and phone, ensuring clarity and discretion in all communications.

  • Oversee in-trip clients to guarantee seamless travel experiences and resolve any issues swiftly.

  • Deliver culturally aware, concierge-level service to high-net-worth individuals.

  • Interact directly with clients on weekends, providing real-time travel advice and solutions.

Operations & Issue Management

  • Manage Amadeus GDS ticketing queues during shifts and handle urgent ticketing requests.

  • Proactively address and resolve booking or travel-related concerns to avert disruptions.

  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness and accountability during weekend and holiday operations.

Administrative & CRM Support

  • Document all bookings, notes, and client communications accurately in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with the Accounts team on invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.

  • Ensure all documentation is professional, organized, and client-ready.

Supplier Coordination & Market Insight

  • Coordinate with luxury service providers (e.g., hotels, drivers, concierge teams) to fulfill complex travel requests.

  • Represent the company professionally while fostering strong relationships with suppliers.

  • Stay updated on luxury travel trends and premier destinations (e.g., London, Italy, France, NYC, Spain).
