Role Overview
We are seeking talented Machine Learning Engineers to collaborate directly with client teams, defining and delivering impactful AI systems. This is not about prototypes; you will design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents and workflows that significantly enhance business outcomes for our clients.
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will:
Design and optimize AI/ML systems: Create comprehensive ML pipelines for data ingestion, training, evaluation, and deployment. Enhance and adapt LLM models using techniques like fine-tuning, distillation, and retrieval systems to address specific industry challenges.
Conduct thorough evaluations of AI systems: Implement custom assessments to validate model performance in real-world applications.
Apply advanced methodologies: Stay abreast of the latest innovations in areas such as RAG, tool integration, multi-step agent orchestration, and evaluation frameworks, applying these to meet unique customer needs.
Collaborate across teams: Work alongside research and product teams to transform cutting-edge techniques into scalable features and workflows.
Enhance our core product: Integrate insights from customer interactions back into our Mosaic product, consistently delivering reusable ML components and infrastructure enhancements.
