What You Will DoCollaborate with Design Engineering and Technical Writers to author, review, and validate maintenance procedures for the Archer Midnight aircraft. Deliver all Maintenance Manuals to Archer’s customers as part of project deliverables. Assist in integrating aircraft into new customers' fleets concerning Maintenance Manuals and related activities. Provide support to Archer customers regarding maintenance activities at their sites as necessary. Offer technical expertise to enhance Archer’s Technical Publications processes. Contribute to the creation of processes for gathering maintenance data to optimize aircraft maintenance throughout its lifecycle. Participate in the implementation and maintenance of Technical Publications processes. Help improve internal processes and tools, ensuring compliance with certification authority requirements and product safety and reliability. Support the ICA approval process with certification and validation authorities. What We Are Looking ForA collaborative mindset. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. A passion for learning and problem-solving. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field along with over 10 years of experience in aircraft maintenance or a related field.
