A reliable team player contributing to collective success. What You BringMinimum of 2 years of maintenance experience, ideally within a facilities or building environment. Proficiency in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry, etc.). Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts (minimum one week per month) based on community needs. A reliable means of transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service to residents and support fellow team members.
  • Execute apartment turns following AIR’s protocols to prepare units for new move-ins.
  • Perform resident-requested repairs and routine maintenance under general supervision (including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs).
  • Provide guidance and training to fellow Maintenance Technicians to foster their technical skills.
  • Assist in supervising vendor quality and conducting move-in/move-out inspections.
  • Responsibilities may vary based on skill levels and community requirements, as well as seasonal needs.
