Responsibilities:
• Conduct maintenance on production equipment.
• Optimize work and ensure the smooth operation of equipment, particularly in electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical domains, adhering to HSE and Quality regulations.
• Ensure equipment availability and safety for production use.
• Mentor, assist, and advise production teams.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
Manage: organize, formalize, and control team work.
• Prepare, execute, and monitor maintenance interventions.
• Identify and diagnose malfunctions, stoppages, and/or anomalies, proposing and following up on improvement solutions.
• Participate in the installation, modification, qualification, and validation of equipment.
• Engage in risk analysis, drafting specifications, protocols, and qualification reports.
• Contribute to project-related work.
• Support subcontracting companies during interventions and equipment work.
• Participate in the procurement and management of spare parts.
• Consult suppliers/subcontractors to obtain quotes.
• Engage in equipment investment projects.
Production: Handle and oversee technical files pertinent to the role.
• Identify and monitor critical operational parameters of equipment.
• Ensure real-time traceability of events related to equipment and environment (logbook, information systems (GMAO), dashboards).
• Assist in the creation and revision of documentation in the sector.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization to keep the workspace and equipment in the required state.
• Familiarize with current procedures.
Improvement:
• Record and monitor maintenance indicators.
• Interpret and analyze technical information and data (indicators, incidents, etc.).
• Propose, implement, and monitor solutions for equipment and process enhancements.
