Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage a targeted set of accounts while managing an efficient sales process. Build and nurture existing client relationships to enhance the Datadog footprint. Develop and maintain detailed relationship maps for your territory, including current contacts and aspirational connections. Gain a comprehensive understanding of customers' businesses. Negotiate favorable pricing and terms by effectively communicating value and ROI. Exhibit resourcefulness in overcoming challenges. Determine the necessary steps to close deals and secure customer validation. Identify key business drivers behind all opportunities. Ensure high levels of forecasting accuracy and consistency. Who You Are:7+ years of experience in Enterprise software sales. Proven track record of selling to Fortune 100 companies and acquiring new business. Experienced in managing a complex account team encompassing multiple GTM Ecosystem partner functions to support the sales cycle. Proficient in selling new solutions to accounts that already utilize core technical products. Able to leverage both existing customer relationships and new prospects to penetrate new business units and sell new products. History of consistently meeting or exceeding direct sales goals. Demonstrated ability to independently prospect and build a robust pipeline. Experience working for an innovative technology company. This role requires regular travel to client sites within your region and other areas, utilizing various modes of transportation as needed.
