The Role:Coach, mentor, and develop our new team in the Philippines, overseeing the daily operations of a team of 5-8 Customer Success Managers (CSMs), including data analysis, goal setting, career growth, performance management, and process enhancement. Oversee the daily functions of the Philippines Customer Success team, focusing on customer engagement, expansion, churn, and contraction. Collaborate with various leadership teams to devise new strategies and processes. Lead critical initiatives for Customer Success, steering the strategic direction to refine, optimize, and scale the business. Foster and maintain strong collaborative relationships with sales, onboarding, marketing, and product teams to enhance the customer experience.

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Customer Success leader to coach, mentor, and expand our new team in the Philippines. You will be pivotal in driving customer satisfaction and platform growth.
