Job Overview:
As a pivotal role within ASM, you will lead the charge in driving lean transformation and operational excellence for our Complete Kit Management (CKM) programs on a global scale. Your leadership will facilitate initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, directly aligning with ASM’s mission to deliver innovative semiconductor solutions through efficient and scalable CKM operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, ensuring the success of global CKM programs.
- Become proficient with ASM’s equipment related to CKM programs, serving as the technical point of contact for troubleshooting and guidance.
- Optimize CKM value streams by eliminating waste and ensuring the sustainability of global CKM programs.
- Lead improvements in turnaround times (cycle time) and quality across global suppliers.
- Facilitate and implement Continuous Improvement Programs (CIPs) for CKM products effectively.
- Utilize performance and KPI dashboards to monitor the progress of improvement initiatives.
- Exhibit strong technical, analytical, and scientific problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes to address operational gaps and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Apply knowledge of Kanban and material replenishment systems.
- Assist in managing relationships with global customers, handling escalations, tool downs, and suppliers.
