Role Overview: Manager of Business Development, North America

The Business Development team at Omni is central to the company’s growth strategy. As a Series B company, Omni relies on its Business Development Representative (BDR) organization to generate qualified leads and fuel expansion. The Manager of Business Development for North America will lead a team responsible for building and scaling a pipeline of qualified opportunities throughout the region. This role works closely with marketing to develop and refine revenue-generating strategies in key markets.
