What you will do

Develop, implement, and maintain the Global Financial Crime Policy for Anti-Bribery & Corruption, ensuring compliance with local laws in all regions where Checkout.com operates.
Monitor regulatory changes worldwide, translating complex legal updates into clear, actionable internal standards.
Prepare detailed governance reports and management information for the Board and senior leaders, highlighting emerging risks and policy effectiveness.
Lead the design and enforcement of the Global ABC Policy, especially in high-risk areas such as incentives and marketing joint ventures.
Manage the global Gifts, Entertainment & Hospitality (GEH) register, including setting thresholds, overseeing approval processes, and conducting regular compliance audits.
Work with Procurement to ensure thorough ABC due diligence on vendors, partners, and joint venture participants.
Act as the main point of contact for complex ABC questions, providing practical guidance that aligns business goals with regulatory expectations.
