About the Role
As the Manager of Technical Implementations, you will oversee a team of Technical Implementation Managers, guiding customer onboarding, managing implementation execution, configuring technical workflows, and ensuring activation readiness.
Your role will involve providing hands-on coaching, ensuring operational consistency, resolving customer escalations, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success to facilitate seamless, scalable implementations.
This position focuses on leading high-performing onboarding teams, driving operational excellence, refining implementation processes, and ensuring customers feel confident from onboarding through activation and into their long-term success.
You will play a crucial role in helping Second Nature scale its implementation operations while preserving a high-quality customer experience.
