We have established a robust retail media network that empowers CPG advertisers to connect with DoorDash customers, driving both sales and category growth. As the Manager of Strategy & Operations for our CPG advertising segment, you will spearhead the strategic and operational aspects of a budding cohort of CPG advertisers.
About the Role
In this pivotal position, you will report directly to the Director of Go To Market within our Ads Strategy & Operations organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing business performance for mid-market CPGs by monitoring revenue targets and key performance indicators (OKRs), while formulating actionable strategies to meet these objectives.
- Collaborating closely with the Sales team to set ambitious goals and define the operational framework necessary to foster growth among both existing and new advertiser cohorts.
- Working cross-functionally with teams in Strategy & Operations, Insights & Measurement, Product, and Catalog to implement strategies that drive success.
