Qualifications

Education & Experience Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience in the hospitality industry. • A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality, including at least 5 years in a General Manager or Managing Director role. • 5 years of experience managing properties with residential components, exclusive clubs, extensive meeting spaces, and multiple outlets. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Demonstrated success in financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team development. • Strong business acumen with high emotional intelligence and authentic leadership capabilities. • Comprehensive understanding of the luxury market and high-touch service culture. • Familiarity with Forbes standards and other luxury service benchmarks.

About the job

The salary range for this position is $190,000 - $260,000, with actual compensation based on experience and budget considerations; all salaried roles are eligible for bonuses.

Core Responsibilities
• Stay informed on industry trends and evaluate the competitive landscape
• Develop strategic business plans to enhance customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share
• Align property business plans with brand strategies and ensure accountability within the leadership team
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to drive revenue-generating initiatives and pursue new business opportunities
• Create succession plans and support staffing processes to optimize property performance
• Analyze business data, including market share and financial metrics, to adapt to changing conditions
• Ensure operational compliance with budgetary guidelines and profit margin objectives
• Work with the Revenue Management team to devise effective pricing strategies
• Explore opportunities to increase occupancy and market share based on competitor analysis
• Manage labor and capital expenditures effectively.
