Core Accountabilities: The Managing Director is responsible for market outcomes, including revenue, margins, client satisfaction, team engagement, and leadership development. Key Responsibilities:Lead Talent & Build High-Performing Teams:Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier consulting talent across all levels. Coach, mentor, and hold accountable Directors, Principals, and emerging leaders. Set clear expectations for performance, growth, and leadership readiness. Manage succession planning, bench strength, and future capability needs. Oversee performance management, promotion calibration, and compensation inputs. Promote a culture of Humble, Hungry, Connected (HHC), inclusivity, and high accountability. Ensure engagement and leadership depth evolve alongside market growth. Provide executive oversight on extensive utility and infrastructure engagements, including capital programs, grid modernization, generation, transmission, and operational transformations.

The Managing Director (MD) serves as the chief leader responsible for the performance, growth, and overall health of Pioneer’s Denver operations. You will act as a force multiplier, enhancing leadership capabilities, fostering client relations, pursuing disciplined growth, and ensuring excellence in delivery on a large scale.
