About the job
As a Manual Tester (Tester D), you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our software products. You are responsible for planning, designing, and executing manual tests, including setting up and managing test datasets in an integration environment. From the outset of each user story, you will collaborate closely with functional analysts and developers, proactively contributing to the quality of our solutions.
You will be part of a strategic project aimed at transforming a monolithic application into a microservices architecture, akin to banking applications and accounting management systems. Collaboration with key teams such as accounting management, transactions, orders, rules, and interfaces is essential. You will adhere to the guidelines set by the QA&C team and work closely with the test coordinator who oversees quality control.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, design, and execute manual tests in the integration environment.
Set up and manage test datasets.
Collaborate with functional analysts and developers from the start of each user story.
Anticipate project needs and adapt flexibly to changes within an interdisciplinary environment.
Report on software quality to various stakeholders.
Draft test plans, write test cases, and accurately log bugs/defects.
Lead in defining test strategy, test coverage, tools, and test architecture.
Coach and mentor colleagues within the testing domain.
