TEAM OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our Sentry Manufacturing team. This pivotal role involves engaging deeply with the manufacturing value chain for our Sentry Tower Systems. You will play an essential part in Design for Manufacturability (DFM), assist in the creation and optimization of processes, develop comprehensive work instructions, conduct root cause analyses for production challenges, and facilitate quality planning for the hardware you oversee. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a keen interest in tackling complex electromechanical hardware challenges. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for existing production lines and processes, providing engineering support to resolve issues, enhance efficiency, lower costs, and boost product quality.
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and optimization of streamlined manufacturing processes, maximizing throughput, minimizing costs, and ensuring consistent high-quality product output.
  • Engage in projects that support the overall manufacturing strategy and operational excellence.
