This role is pivotal in retaining our valued clients and ensuring they receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of client contracts, engaging with underwriters to secure optimal terms and conditions.
  • Prepare and manage certificates of insurance, ensuring compliance with policy terms, and negotiate additional coverages as required.
  • Uphold high standards for client service deliverables, ensuring compliance with internal protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management Team to review expiring policies and obtain renewal information from clients.
  • Draft and present specifications to underwriters, negotiating competitive pricing and coverage.
  • Prepare accurate proposals and manage invoicing to clients.
  • Assist with account reconciliations as necessary.
  • Foster and maintain business relationships characterized by integrity, trust, and creativity.
  • Exhibit professionalism and a positive demeanor in all client interactions.
  • Keep the Account Management Team informed of any changes, issues, or concerns from clients or underwriters.
  • Prepare documentation as requested by Account Executives or clients.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, actively participating in quality management initiatives.
  • Complete assigned projects as directed by management.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met and provide mentorship to junior staff.
  • Take on additional projects as requested by management.
