Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct thorough analyses of client contracts, engaging with underwriters to secure optimal terms and conditions.
- Prepare and manage certificates of insurance, ensuring compliance with policy terms, and negotiate additional coverages as required.
- Uphold high standards for client service deliverables, ensuring compliance with internal protocols.
- Collaborate with the Account Management Team to review expiring policies and obtain renewal information from clients.
- Draft and present specifications to underwriters, negotiating competitive pricing and coverage.
- Prepare accurate proposals and manage invoicing to clients.
- Assist with account reconciliations as necessary.
- Foster and maintain business relationships characterized by integrity, trust, and creativity.
- Exhibit professionalism and a positive demeanor in all client interactions.
- Keep the Account Management Team informed of any changes, issues, or concerns from clients or underwriters.
- Prepare documentation as requested by Account Executives or clients.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, actively participating in quality management initiatives.
- Complete assigned projects as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met and provide mentorship to junior staff.
- Take on additional projects as requested by management.
