Role Overview

This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with a keen analytical mindset who wish to grasp the fundamentals of market integrity.

You will play a critical role in safeguarding our platform by learning to detect market abuse trends, including insider trading and market manipulation, ensuring a fair trading environment for our users.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the UK market abuse framework.
  • Execute daily trade surveillance using our automated tool and promptly investigate alerts.
  • Identify and escalate risks or discrepancies to the Market Abuse Manager for further review.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into potential market abuse and document findings accurately.
  • Address internal escalations as needed.
  • Prepare and submit STOR forms to regulators such as the FCA when required.
  • Assist in maintaining relevant desk policies regarding market abuse.
  • Respond to regulatory inquiries related to market abuse matters.
  • Contribute to the creation and upkeep of market abuse-related MI.
  • Engage in ad-hoc projects to enhance the market abuse program.
  • Provide support to team members with various tasks.
