Key Responsibilities Market & Strategy Leadership Implement the translational market strategy established by the VP across academic and biopharma sectors. Design and execute targeted initiatives aimed at accelerating the adoption of single-cell and spatial workflows in translational applications. Lead pilot-to-platform conversion efforts within key accounts. Create scalable engagement playbooks for translational initiatives. Ecosystem Development & KOL Engagement Foster and enhance collaborations with leading academic medical centers (AMCs) and biopharma R&D organizations. Work alongside the Sales team to identify and unlock high-value enterprise opportunities. Coordinate Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement programs, advisory boards, and ecosystem partnerships. Oversee the successful execution of translational partnerships from inception to measurable outcomes. Translational Services Program Management Assist in overseeing the internal Translational Services business. Facilitate prioritization, execution tracking, and impact measurement of service engagements. Ensure services serve as a strategic entry point for downstream platform adoption. Monitor financial and strategic ROI across all engagements. Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate closely with Product Management to convert field feedback into actionable insights for the roadmap. Partner with Segment Marketing and Marketing Communications to craft messaging and content tailored to translational audiences. Align with Commercial Leadership to accelerate pipeline development and opportunity progression. Coordinate efforts across R&D, Operations, and Corporate Development for translational initiatives requiring alignment.
