About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Designer to contribute to daily design initiatives across Tessl and our community brand, AI Native Dev.
This role is hands-on and production-focused. You will be responsible for crafting high-quality visual assets for content, social media, events, and sales, ensuring our ideas are executed consistently, punctually, and at a high standard.
Your Responsibilities
Content & Editorial Design
Design engaging blog thumbnails and featured images
Create visually appealing podcast thumbnails
Enhance long-form content with diagrams, illustrations, and visual highlights
Adapt visual assets for various platforms and formats
Social Media Assets (Paid & Organic Campaigns)
Develop social media assets for LinkedIn, X, and community channels
Create templates for recurring content and campaigns
Support announcements, launches, event promotions, and community updates
Ensure all assets are consistent, clear, and optimized for each platform
Event & Field Marketing Assets
Design event materials including pop-up banners, signage, presentation decks, and slide templates
Create conference booth designs and merchandise
Sales & Enablement Collateral
Design compelling sales decks and one-pagers
Assist in creating case studies, solution briefs, and product explainers
Digital Marketing Assets
Produce digital assets for various marketing channels
