The Opportunity
The Marketing Creative Operations & Design Manager will be the essential link between strategic planning and execution in Found's marketing creative endeavors. This role is responsible for managing creative intake, project trafficking, and providing swift design support, empowering the team to operate efficiently, experiment more, and uphold a cohesive brand identity across all channels. Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing & Communications, you will collaborate closely with the broader marketing team and our external agencies to enhance the quality and increase the pace of our creative output.
What You Will Do
Creative Operations & Project Management
- Oversee the complete creative intake and prioritization process for all marketing initiatives.
- Develop and sustain trafficking workflows to align deliverables with agencies and freelancers.
- Set clear briefing standards, timelines, and feedback mechanisms to minimize revision cycles.
- Monitor the status of creative projects and proactively address any obstacles with marketing leadership.
- Create and refine systems that enhance team-wide visibility into the creative pipeline.
In-House Design Support
- Deliver rapid design execution across various channel needs.
- Generate high-quality assets such as social media graphics, email templates, and landing page visuals.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate and scale creative production.
- Organize and advance a scalable asset library and design template system for internal usage.
- Enhance testing speed by diminishing dependency on external creative processes for iterative content.
Brand Consistency & Quality Control
- Act as a brand custodian, reviewing assets from various teams to ensure visual and tonal coherence and compliance.
- Keep brand guidelines documentation current as our visual identity evolves.
