Role Overview
The Marketing & Creative Operations Leader will be at the helm of Kuda's creative initiatives, ensuring that our creative processes are efficient and effective. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including Brand Marketing, Product & Lifecycle Marketing, Performance Marketing, Communications, Partnerships, and our Creative team, to streamline workflows, prioritize tasks, and maintain transparency throughout the creative process.
Your role will be to provide structure without unnecessary bureaucracy, clear direction without hindering progress, and a sense of calm within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the entire creative operations and planning cycle at Kuda.
- Create and uphold efficient workflows for receiving, reviewing, prioritizing, scheduling, and delivering creative briefs.
- Collaborate with marketing leaders to translate business objectives into actionable creative plans and timelines.
- Coordinate and manage creative projects across different teams and channels, including brand activations, product launches, lifecycle campaigns, and performance advertisements.
- Ensure clear project scoping, realistic timelines, understood dependencies, and aligned expectations.
- Facilitate creative sprints, status updates, and planning rituals that keep teams synchronized while minimizing unnecessary overhead.
- Manage the review and approval processes, ensuring feedback is constructive, timely, and implementable.
- Provide insights into workload, capacity, delivery progress, and risks, sharing regular updates with marketing leadership.
- Integrate external agencies and freelancers smoothly into Kuda's creative workflow.
- Continuously enhance tools, templates, and processes to expedite creative delivery and enhance the experience for everyone involved.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in creative operations, marketing operations, traffic management, or related fields.
- Proven ability to work effectively with creative teams (designers, copywriters, producers) in a fast-paced environment.
