Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, automation, or digital performance (preferably B2B, ideally in fintech or technology). Proven hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce). Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain marketing databases, focusing on segmentation, enrichment, and data quality. Experience in executing and optimizing digital campaigns from start to finish (email, paid media, landing pages). Competence in accurately tracking performance (using UTMs, attribution models, and conversion tracking). Strong analytical skills to build dashboards and interpret performance metrics (MQLs, funnel, ROI) and translate data into actionable insights. Ability to link marketing performance to revenue impact.

Progressoft is hiring a Marketing Operations Officer in Amman, Jordan. This role centers on optimizing the operational side of marketing: ensuring accurate data, improving automation, and making campaign performance visible and actionable. The officer will manage the marketing database, oversee automation and digital campaigns, and turn performance data into recommendations for better results.

What You Will Do

  • Implement and manage marketing automation activities, including email campaigns, nurturing workflows, segmentation, and performance tracking through the marketing automation platform.
  • Develop, monitor, and analyze detailed campaign performance reports. Translate analytics into clear insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintain and improve the marketing database, focusing on governance, enrichment, quality control, and alignment with CRM standards for segmentation and data hygiene.
  • Oversee the full process of digital campaign execution across channels such as LinkedIn, paid media, email, and landing pages. Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and ongoing performance improvement.
  • Manage digital campaign budgets, keeping spending efficient and aligned with KPIs and revenue goals.
  • Create structured dashboards that track MQL generation, engagement metrics, campaign ROI, and funnel contributions.
  • Identify and resolve process gaps in marketing operations by introducing streamlined workflows to boost efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Keep up to date on marketing technology, automation practices, and data governance standards to advance operational maturity.
