What will your thesis project entail?

To what extent are the original objectives of the Kost+ approach being met?
How can the application of Kost+ be further improved (in the model agreement and/or its implementation)?
What effect does Kost+ have on the collaboration between client and contractor?
How does the process of establishing the reference price and monitoring it unfold?

In collaboration with two renowned law firms, AT Osborne has developed the Kost+ model agreement.
