Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that 100% of stations are operational and validated before pilot phases and launches.
Lead the design and implementation of Minimal Material Handling (MMH) solutions and Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs).
Maintain updated data in PFEP, timelines, checklists, and Kaizen Journals.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (WPI, IE, Safety, Packaging, Production) to validate stations.
Oversee adherence to ergonomics standards, material flow, and lineside stock compliance under WCM methodologies.
Act as the primary point of contact with packaging and plant teams to ensure integration and feasibility.
Evaluate and implement best practices and improvement opportunities in internal logistics.
Manage deviations in CAD and layouts, ensuring timely and proper equipment installation.
