Proven experience in developing and implementing supply chain strategies and plans. Strong risk and opportunity management capabilities, with the ability to engage in customer forums and collaborate within cross-functional teams. Expertise in creating, managing, and executing material program strategies and plans. Comprehensive support for Gate activities within the supply chain, ensuring program compliance and tailoring when necessary. Effective supplier management, including performance metrics, addressing international issues, evaluating Make/Buy strategies, and facilitating strategic agreements.

The Material Program Manager (MPM) plays a crucial role in supporting our advanced phased array technology product lines. The MPM will oversee all supply chain activities related to programs and act as the primary liaison among Program Managers, the Engineering team, other functional leads, and the Supply Chain organization. This position is typically viewed as an expert in various aspects of the supply chain, necessitating a comprehensive understanding of financial, project, and material management. The MPM will be actively involved in the development, coordination, and execution of program material strategies, supply chain goals, and company objectives.

Working closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to establish schedules based on MRP, the responsibilities cover the entirety of the business supply chain activities, from initial engagement through contract closure. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively influence and interact across diverse areas beyond their own job function, as well as with external stakeholders.
