Role Overview: Media Manager
The Media Manager joins the Client Services team in Seattle, WA. This role acts as the main point of contact for clients, representing Flywheel while helping solve complex challenges on Amazon and other digital platforms. The Media Manager works closely with some of Flywheel’s largest clients, guiding them with strategic problem-solving and campaign management.
What You Will Do
- Design, monitor, and analyze online marketing campaigns, including Search and Display initiatives
- Independently manage large, complex client portfolios
- Lead daily engagements focused on e-commerce media performance and strategy
- Consult clients on investment strategies, product offerings, and media support
- Identify opportunities and address issues proactively
- Deliver service that supports client growth and reflects Flywheel’s values
- Mentor Media Specialists and support their career development as a senior team member
