Key Responsibilities:Support and execute the media rights strategy for China, ensuring alignment with global distribution objectives and local market conditions. Assist in structuring deals with Chinese platforms and broadcasters, including aspects such as rights packaging and exclusivity. Prepare and facilitate negotiations, providing business cases and ensuring internal alignment with relevant departments. Act as the primary contact for key account management with Chinese media partners, fostering strong relationships and optimizing performance metrics. Identify and develop monetization opportunities specific to the Chinese market to enhance fan engagement and revenue.

You will oversee the management of relationships with streaming platforms, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless execution with broadcasters and key partners.
Your responsibilities will also include exploring innovative direct-to-consumer monetization avenues by integrating merchandise, in-game items, and digital products into our partner ecosystems. Collaborate closely with Distribution, Product, Games, Marketing, and external agencies to amplify the reach and revenue of the Esports World Cup and Esports Nations Cup in China.
