About the Role
At Tandem Health, we are building Europe’s most advanced AI medical assistant. To support our growth in France, we are on the lookout for a Medical Operations Specialist who is enthusiastic about health innovation and eager to transform medical practice through technology. You will serve as our local expert in the French market, engaging directly with healthcare professionals, public and private partners, and the entire ecosystem. Your role will be crucial in driving the adoption of Tandem and actively contributing to our growth in France.
Key Responsibilities
- Accelerate our establishment in France by promoting Tandem among public and private healthcare stakeholders across the country.
- Support the sales team in securing new partnerships.
- Assist in client onboarding with the Customer Success team.
- Contribute to product evolution by relaying specific market needs from France.
- Maintain ongoing market surveillance: monitor competitors, local trends, and differentiation opportunities.
What You Bring
- A clinical background (general practitioner or specialist) with a desire to engage in a full-time or part-time project.
- A strong passion for technology and health innovation.
- A solid understanding of the French healthcare system and a robust professional network.
- The ability to interact with healthcare professionals and understand their needs, particularly regarding Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- A good grasp of the local ecosystem (payers, providers, software vendors).
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive change.
