Role Overview: Mental Health Therapist (Telehealth, LCSW, LMFT, LCMHC) – South Dakota
As a Lyra Care Therapist, work centers on delivering evidence-based, short-term therapy via video sessions. The role combines live therapy with digital psychoeducation and skill-building tools, supporting a varied caseload. The focus is on helping clients achieve meaningful progress using proven methods and resources.
What You Will Do
- Conduct live video therapy sessions with clients in South Dakota
- Manage a caseload with a range of clinical needs and backgrounds
- Assign digital lessons and assessments to reinforce client growth
- Deliver culturally responsive care tailored to each client’s unique experiences
