Role Overview: As a Merchant Growth Manager, you will develop and implement strategic growth initiatives for key Grocery & Retail partners, emphasizing same-store demand, performance enhancement, and merchant engagement. You will collaborate with various teams including Leadership, Account Management, Country Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Product, and Support to translate ideas into actionable initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the Merchant Growth strategy, focusing on scalable initiatives to boost merchant performance and revenue.
- Lead key growth levers and merchant lifecycle initiatives, including campaign execution, rollout, and adoption of solutions like Smart Promotions.
- Design and standardize SOPs and processes that support merchant engagement and performance.
