Exceptional storytelling and demonstration skills, linking AI capabilities to business value. Experience collaborating with Microsoft field sellers and an understanding of co-sell motions. Ability to manage multiple opportunities across various sales stages comfortably. Preferred QualificationsMicrosoft certifications (Azure, Power Platform, or AI). Experience in building industry-specific AI solutions.

We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an AI Presales Consultant to join our dynamic Microsoft partner practice, with a primary focus on Copilot Studio. This pivotal role will facilitate the transition of customers from AI interest to successful AI adoption, collaborating closely with sales, delivery teams, and Microsoft field representatives to craft, position, and showcase secure and scalable AI solutions.

As a technical sales leader, you will influence solution direction, strategic deal-making, and ensure that our AI offerings stand out, are repeatable, and adhere to Microsoft’s best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Presales & Deal Support

  • Collaborate with account executives and Microsoft sellers to evaluate, shape, and advance AI opportunities.
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions to identify valuable AI use cases that align with customer business objectives.
  • Own the technical winning strategy in presales, from the initial meeting through to closing.
  • Assist in crafting responses to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals with clear and persuasive AI solution designs.

Copilot Studio (Primary Focus)

  • Architect, design, and present Copilot Studio solutions tailored for enterprise and mid-market customers.
  • Create reusable demos, accelerators, and POCs that resonate with partner offerings and industry scenarios.
  • Provide guidance to customers on:
    • Copilot orchestration and conversational design.
    • Plugin and connector integration.
    • Security, governance, and tenant-level controls.
  • Position Copilot Studio as a robust production-ready platform, beyond just a chatbot tool.

Practice & Offering Development

  • Collaborate with practice leadership to establish repeatable AI offerings and packaged solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of demo environments, sales playbooks, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
  • Share insights from the field to enhance offerings, pricing, and delivery methodologies.
  • Support the internal training of sales and delivery teams on Copilot Studio and AI Foundry.
