We are currently looking for a mid-level Data Analyst to join our Technology organization and support our concierge healthcare team. This role transcends conventional reporting; you will play a vital role in constructing the data infrastructure that informs business decisions while establishing yourself as a trusted advisor in healthcare operations and strategy.
You will be responsible for managing our reporting ecosystem, transforming raw healthcare data into actionable insights that enhance patient care and drive business outcomes. Your contributions will directly impact clinical operations, member experience initiatives, and strategic planning efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting & Analytics: Design and maintain dashboards and reports that monitor essential healthcare metrics such as patient outcomes, utilization patterns, provider performance, and member satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to assess their data needs and provide self-service analytics solutions.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to address critical business inquiries and support strategic initiatives.
- Analytics Engineering: Develop and maintain semantic layers that ensure our data is accessible and reliable throughout the organization.
- Create structured data environments that facilitate analytics and automated reporting.
- Design data models that balance technical precision with business usability.
- Establish data quality standards and monitoring protocols.
- Business Partnership: Cultivate deep knowledge of concierge healthcare operations, appreciating both clinical and business contexts.
- Translate complex healthcare data into clear narratives that inform decision-making at all organizational levels.
- Work collaboratively with leadership to identify opportunities for enhancing patient care and operational efficiency.
