Your responsibilities will include:
- Promoting our product by leading the growth and adoption of Intercom within the Mid-Market sector.
- Overseeing the complete sales cycle for our Mid-Market clients, employing a consultative sales approach from prospecting to closing.
- Delivering timely and precise revenue forecasts and maintaining visibility on performance metrics.
- Keeping abreast of our evolving products and processes.
- Customizing demonstrations to meet client requirements.
- Engaging in team development and mentorship.
- Serving as the voice of the customer to cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product.
- Contributing to the broader growth of our global Enterprise business by developing best practices and leading initiatives to elevate the team.
