About the Role

  • We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive to join our expanding team. This individual will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from generating interest to closing deals, and will be motivated by achieving ambitious sales targets. The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is $144,000.

Work Environment

  • This is an in-office position. Team meetings are held at 7am PST from Monday to Thursday at our Culver City office, with Fridays designated for remote work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full sales cycle for SMB and Mid-Market accounts, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a comprehensive approach to sales.

  • Implement effective outbound and inbound sales strategies, utilizing cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting.

  • Build and nurture a strong pipeline of SMB accounts, guaranteeing ongoing engagement and follow-up.

  • Utilize CRM tools (such as Hubspot) to monitor customer engagements and sales progression.

  • Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets, playing a pivotal role in driving the company’s revenue growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in a full sales cycle role, ideally within the SaaS sector or a related field.

  • Proven capability to independently manage and close sales cycles for SMB and Mid-Market accounts.

  • A strong entrepreneurial mindset, particularly suited for a startup environment, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile setting.
