Role Overview: The Mid-Market/Enterprise Account Executive will play a pivotal role in generating new revenue by transforming qualified leads into long-term partners for LeagueApps within small to mid-sized youth and community sports organizations. This position encompasses the complete sales cycle for mid-market opportunities, navigating prospects from initial discovery to closing through a consultative and value-oriented approach. You will effectively blend efficiency with personalization, assisting organizations in transitioning from evaluation to commitment while ensuring a superior purchasing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and finalize mid-market/enterprise opportunities from discovery to contract signing, focusing on a consistent and repeatable SaaS conversion process.
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) while also generating a portion of your own leads through proactive outreach, referrals, and following up on inbound inquiries.
- Handle deals with an Average Contract Value (ACV) ranging from $10K to $50K and sales cycles spanning 30 to 90 days.
- Conduct structured discovery sessions to identify organizational needs, workflows, and success criteria.
- Present product demonstrations and proposals aligned with clear customer outcomes and value realization.
- Support prospects through their evaluation and decision-making journey, addressing objections and guiding them towards a final commitment.
