Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth assessments and create personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.
- Utilize evidence-based treatment techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and advising on injury prevention and self-management practices.
- Collaborate with various healthcare professionals, such as massage therapists and sports physicians, to deliver comprehensive care and achieve optimal results for clients.
- Maintain precise and comprehensive clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to regulatory standards.
- Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in interactions with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in physiotherapy practice, contributing to the ongoing professional development of the team.
- Actively engage in clinic initiatives and help foster a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
- Valid registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
- Commitment to client-focused outcomes and evidence-based practice.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a supportive team setting.
- Strong attention to detail along with analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
