Join Kyivstar's Business Development Office as an M&A and Strategic Partnership Manager. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the identification and execution of M&A opportunities, overseeing the entire process from sourcing through to deal closure and initial post-merger integration.This position offers the chance to gain international experience within a dynamic and challenging environment.Main Responsibilities:• Perform ongoing market research, monitoring valuation trends and fundamentals within targeted sectors.• Actively identify M&A opportunities that can bolster the Company’s competitive edge and drive non-organic growth.• Build and maintain essential networks to facilitate strategic partnerships and M&A transactions.• Engage with potential targets for M&A deals or strategic partnerships.• Develop business cases, assess potential synergies, and conduct company valuations to support transactional efforts.• Evaluate transaction risks and devise mitigation strategies.• Lead all stages of the M&A process including target sourcing, negotiation, due diligence, transaction closure, and post-merger integration.• Counsel management on findings for business cases and due diligence efforts.• Prepare management presentations, memos, teasers, and assist in drafting transaction documents such as Term Sheets and SPAs.• Engage in the preliminary planning of post-merger integration activities.• Supervise internal and external consultant teams involved in transactions.• Ensure adherence to all project processes and procedures.Main Requirements:• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in energy projects, investment banking, private equity, M&A consulting, or venture capital.• Strong quantitative skills, including cash flow modeling and valuation expertise, alongside solid accounting knowledge.• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.• Proven project management experience with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.• Outstanding communication, presentation, and persuasive skills.• Capability to organize and handle multiple projects with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.• High personal integrity with strong ethical standards and judgment.• Proficiency in English is required.At Kyivstar Group, we uphold a high standard of business ethics and compliance with legal obligations, values, and our Code of Conduct.
