We are seeking a passionate and skilled Night Staff Nurse to be part of our dedicated team at a leading mental health nursing service located near Worcester. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities.
Our nursing service provides support to residents aged 18 and above who are dealing with Functional Mental Health conditions (excluding dementia) and require rehabilitation or long-term care. We also cater to individuals with acquired brain injuries, Huntington's disease, and related physical health conditions.

Your Responsibilities as a Night Staff Nurse
- Lead and organize a team of support workers to deliver exceptional care and therapeutic activities.
- Administer medications and assess training needs for support staff in medication delivery.
- Engage in primary nursing, care planning, risk assessments, and liaise with external agencies and families.
- Chair and participate in MDT and review meetings.
- Provide training and support to staff members.
